Since 2001, Thomas Behrens has been Director and CTO of Alpheus Solutions GmbH. Prior to joining Alpheus, Thomas was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs having gained more than 15 years experience in various software development roles. Thomas is a certified IBM Rational Instructor for Requirements Management, has spoken at conferences and is published on the subject of Requirements Engineering and UML-based software development processes. |

Thomas Brandt joined Alpheus Solutions GmbH as Geschäftsführer in 2010. He has a degree in business administration and computer science from Cologne University. He previously worked for Accenture, debis Systemhaus, T-Systems, Software Daten Service (Vienna), and DIAMOS AG, where he was a board member until September 2010. In the course of his career Thomas has actively accompanied many developments within the Financial Services industry, including the outsourcing of the first security service banks in Germany. His consulting expertise focuses on all questions related to strategic and operational excellence for banks and investment firms, as well as software vendors and service providers within these markets. |

Toby Dixon is a member of the Alpheus Solutions GmbH management team. He began his consulting career in the New Media and Technology industries, progressing via the Dot.Com boom of the late 90's to delivering large private sector Projects and Programmes. These were done for both Business and IT and across a variety of industry sectors including Retail, Insurance and Banking. In 2003 Toby co-founded a consultancy in London focusing on delivering complex projects for Financial Services, during which time he became Prince2 and Six Sigma accredited. Toby's role as Head of Project Management means that he is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of Alpheus' large change initiatives. |

Thorsten Junike joined Alpheus Solutions as Managing Director in March 2012. He started his career as computer engineer. Stages of his professional career included FACT management consulting and various management positions at Metzler Bank and Deka Bank. Before joining Alpheus he was in charge of SunGard’s German business activities and member of the Board at DIAMOS. Thorsten Junike is an experienced business consultant and project manager with many years of expertise in the areas of organisational development and leadership, both nationally and internationally. His main focus lies on investment management, information technology, strategic and business process consulting. During his career he also gained strong expertise in project and program management, interim management and the selection and implementation of software systems. |

Ciro Pagnozzi is a member of the management at Alpheus Solutions GmbH since the 1st of January 2011. He is responsible for the Business Transaction Banking, Business Process Management (business process optimization) and Process Intelligence (process control). Ciro Pagnozzi takes also care of the acquisition and execution of customer projects and the development of these businesses. In the management of Alpheus, he helps to control the strategic and organizational objectives of the firm. Ciro Pagnozzi has 20 years of consulting experience in the financial services industry and held active leadership positions in management consulting, e.g. KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint) and Capco. During this time he has conducted many large projects at investment management companies, custodian banks, universal banks, transaction banking and stock exchange organisations. He has remained faithful to these customer segments until today. He studied Applied Mathematics and graduated from the University of Kaiserslautern. A native Neapolitan; he is married and has two children. |

Jürgen Sehnert is a member of the Alpheus Solutions GmbH management team. His consulting expertise focuses on business planning and control. After his studies Jürgen began his career with Mummert Consulting. Jürgen later went on to be a project manager within KAG/Asset management (later re-named to Confero Consulting). He completed a post-graduate degree focusing on bank management. In addition to his role within Alpheus, Jürgen worked on a thesis entitled "Control in KAGen". |

Justin Wilson co-founded Alpheus in 1996, and is the CEO of both Alpheus Solutions Ltd (UK corporate parent) and Alpheus Solutions GmbH (our consulting business in Germany). He has a first class engineering degree from Southampton University, and has worked for Mars Electronics, the European Commission (directorate responsible for advanced technology), Price Waterhouse, and Goldman Sachs. He supports clients with a combination of functional, technical, and strategic advice, particularly in the area of securities processing in European financial markets. |
